Yesterday when i went to the gym i did 25 minutes warm up, 45 minutes weights than 1 hr yoga.After that went home and wanted to have dinner.So i opened my refrigerator , found a soup i made before the organic celeriac and some fresh ingredients to make a salad.
This is the ingredients for this salad: cooked black lentils, avocado, red onion, grape tomatoes, carrots and parsley olive oil puree.I looked at my pantry to make a vinaigrette i found red wine and balsamic vinegars.
I choose the red wine vinegar: dinner for 2
2 tbs of red wine vinegar, 4 tbs of olive oil, salt, pepper, for the vinaigrette,1 avocado, slice d into half , 12 pieces of grape tomatoes, 1/4 of small red onion ( sliced thin ), 2 cups of black cooked lentils , 1 tbs of parsley puree and 1 and 1/2 pealed carrots ( i used the peeler to make nice shapes )

I made my own because just wanted to show you with few ingredients you can make your own upscale restaurant plating design at your own place.
Black lentil salad With Avocado, Grape Tomatoes And Red Wine Vinaigrette.
Avocado With Gluten Free Chickpea Chips and Cilantro Vinaigrette
ingredients: serves 2
1 avocado and 1/2 , pealed, cut into small cubes and add fresh lemon, put it in the refrigerator.
3 tbs fresh chopped cilantro
3 tbs fresh lemon juice
Salt, black pepper
4 tbs olive oil
1/2 cup of clean blueberries
2 tbs chopped red onions
1 cup of gluten free chickpea chips , you can find them at any health store
In a mixing bowl add, fresh cilantro, olive oil, lemon juice , salt , black pepper and mix, set aside.In another mixing bowl add the cubed avocado, red onions, some of the vinaigrette, set aside. In a small pate serve one portion of the avocado, 1/4 cup blueberry , drizzle with the rest of the vinaigrette and serve with 1/2 cup of the gluten free chick pea chips.
