I was talking to my daughter who lives in Bordeaux ( France ), and during the conversation i asked her if she will consider going back to school for clothing design. She is very talented on colors, than i asked her which color she loves most. Her respond was, dady you know, i love all the colors. I decided because of the women special day and my 2 daughters to create this salad i wanted to share with all of you.I found the fresh cranberry beans, these round , plump dappled with pink and wine-colored splotches have nutty taste ,It reminds me a beautiful woman dress sometimes i see in New York or Paris when i travel. I like the combination of black, darkish red, green, yellow , brown etc..I picked all the ingredients and went home to create this salad.Cranberry Beans Salad with gluten Free Blend Of Black And Mahogony Rice, Jicama, Raspberry, Pumpkin Seeds And Lime Chives vinaigrette.
