Chilled Watermelon Soup

This is a very colorful and fresh soup for summer. Easy to make and also you can keep it in the refrigerator

Serves 4:

2 Kiwi, peeled and diced

1 cup blackberries, quartered

1 cup gooseberries or small grapes, quartered-

1 tsp poppy seeds

2 tsp rose water (optional)-

4 cups strained Watermelon puree

1 small cantaloupe, peeled and cut into 4 cups like shapes

Edible flowers for garnish

Toss together the Kiwi, blackberries, gooseberries, poppy seeds and rose water, ladle the watermelon puree into four soup plates place a cantaloupe cup into the center of each plate, spoon the berry mixture into the cantaloupe cups, and garnish with edible flower.
