Chickpea Salad With Black Radish, and Lemon Chia seed Vinaigrette

Spring is the greening season.It is the time for planting.After the rain and snow of winter, the seeds begin to sprout from the depths of the soil, trees bud, and nature awakens in her green, flowering beauty.New growth in our lives, relationships, and work is stimulated now as well.We and nature will flourish this season.From Dr Elson spring is a good time to detoxify the liver.He gives tips for liver health as:
1-Avoid toxins such as household and industrial chemicals, alcohol, cocaine, amphetamines, and many prescription drugs.
2-Drink lots of fluids and use fresh lemon in your water for liver cleansing.
3-Fresh organic cold pressed olive oil is the best for the liver.
4- Exercise and sweat regularly to help with lover detoxification.
5-Milk thistle herb ( silymarin) and olive leaf extract support and disinfect the liver.

Olive leaf for an immune boost: olive leaf is an amazing antioxidant and has been used for centuries. Its antioxidant properties protect the body from premature aging and free radical damage.
It contains a wide range of nutrients, including vitamin C, beta-carotene, zinc, amino acids, chromium and selenium. it has been shown to regulate blood sugar and insulin levels, making it an effective supplement for those with diabetes.
Olive leaf is anti-fungal, making it useful for infections such as athlete’s foot and candida. Those with gout can benefit from taking olive leaf because it causes an increase in urinary output, decreases uric acid levels and reduces fluid retention.
Last but not least , olive leaf extract protects the heart by reducing blood pressure , regulating heartbeat and dilating coronary blood vessels
Also what i like about raw vegetables, seeds, nuts, fruits you can add some cooked legumes, grains and you will have a complete meal.
I made a detox salad called ” Spring MomoFood+Desin Salad”
Ingredients: carrot, celery, chia seed, black salt, white pepper, organic olive oil, micro herbs mix, cooked chickpea, cooked black bean, fresh lemon juice, raw apple cider vinegar.With this salad you can have it with organic chicken breast, Salmon, smoked trout, silken tofu etc..
I had this salad with red quinoa mixed with dates, olive oil, fresh mint, chocolate nibs, walnut, salt, black pepper, olive oil.
