Ingredients :  serves 4 to 6
2 pounds of organic carrots
3 celery stalks
1 and 1/2 onion
4 cloves of garlic
4 tbs spoons of organic olive oil
1/2 tbs of coriander powder
1/2 tbs of cinnamon powder
1/2 tbs of organic cumin
1 tsp and 1/2 of celtic sea salt
1/4 tsp of white pepper

In a pot heat the oil add, chopped onions, pealed garlic saute until brownish , add the pealed carrots, celery, cover with water, add coriander, cumin, cinnamon, salt, pepper. Bring to a boil than simmer for 40 minutes .When all the ingredients are cooked in a blender puree the soup and set aside.

For the presentation you can use any bowl you like and garnish with beautiful edible flowers.It’s an option to add the flowers otherwise you can serve it with flax seeds crackers or just a nice piece of bread wheat or sprouted one .
